My friend Pedro had said the vegetarian pizza is excellent for my health, I believe It is not true. He may be thinking that Although the vegetarian pizza doesn’t have meat like sausage, pepperoni or bacon, this kind of pizza could be great for health. The problem of eating too much pizza is that It base is made of cheese, tomato sauce and dough which is made of refined flour. The regular consuming of those ingredients increase the risk of having weight gain and cholesterol problems. But if you have no choice that eating pizza, I suggest asking for a thinner crust dough, uses a light cheese and not too much sauce. You must take out all the exceeded oil. You could use all the vegetables you want.
One of my best friends Mary said to eat only vegetables and fruits is best to improve the health and well slimming, for that is good for my health also. I thing this argument is thue bad I think is important too have a balanced diet including meat and dairy products, as these products have protein and minerals that are important for our health and development.
I think that having a moderate consumption of all foods, including meats that have fats are important for energy, and this depends on each agency and the goal we want to achieve.
